ROT in Construction

 

Upon completion, participants will be able to recognize and evaluate the hazards associated with propane. 

 

Topics include:

 

• Hazard recognition and evaluation

• Legislative requirements and safe practices

• Connection, activation, and disconnection of propane equipment, including fork lift or scissor lift/boom under 400,000 btu’s.

• The program includes hands-on training outdoors, consisting of connecting, lighting and disconnecting a torch or heater, and classroom performance reviews.
